Tessa has designed an expansive and diverse portfolio of community centers, private commercial developments, and educational facilities across both local and international markets. Over the course of her career, she has cultivated a specialized expertise in hospitality architecture, public recreational facilities within the private sector, as well as amenity centers for national community developers and homebuilders.

A graduate of the University of Kansas with distinction, Tessa brings a refined design sensibility and exceptional attention to detail to every project. Her commitment to elevating design excellence consistently raises the standard of work across the firm.

Tessa rejoined FLA in 2026—this time as Principal Architect—bringing back a deepened skill set, strengthened leadership presence, and a clear vision for the firm’s continued growth.
