Chad Fletemeyer        Associate  |  Project Manager - Design & Construction

Chad brings seventeen years of experience working as an estimator and construction manager within the commercial and residential building industries to his work with at FLA. As a project manager, Chad is proficient in the areas of estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations/administration, site supervision, and government interfacing. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of FLA/CM, a separate service company that assists FLA clients to see their projects come to fruition. In addition to this administration work, Chad has worked as a camp development planner for the past nine years.

Chad bring a broad range of skills to various projects at the firm. He enjoys working on creative projects such as water features and art exhibits, as well as large scale commercial, institutional, recreational, residential and campus based design projects. His thorough understanding of the construction world ensures that projects maintain continuity during both the design and implementation phases of the work. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado.
